General Aviation Terminal - Berlin

This concept proposal reimagines a 516 m² VIP terminal in Berlin, transforming an outdated facility into a contemporary and welcoming environment for private aviation passengers and crew.

The design combines the elegance of luxury hospitality with the functional requirements of a busy aviation terminal. The layout was developed to improve passenger flow while creating distinct areas for arrivals, departures, relaxation and operational support. Spaces include a reception lounge, passenger waiting areas, crew lounge, rest facilities and a dedicated drivers’ waiting area.

Inspired by premium hotels and private aviation experiences, the concept focuses on soft architectural forms, refined materials and a calm, sophisticated atmosphere. The result is a terminal that balances operational efficiency with comfort, privacy and a high-end customer experience.
